SLEEP TRIAL & RETURN

Buyers must purchase Homylink mattresses from this website to be eligible for 100-day trial sleep terms, return and refund services.

1. A 100-night trial sleep is only applicable to Homylink mattresses.

2. Buyers must purchase mattresses from this website to qualify for a 100-night trial sleep.

3. Return arrangements can be provided 14 days (two weeks) after delivery or collection of the mattress, because your body may need time to adjust to the new mattress.

4. If the mattress is not suitable, the buyer must send an email to INFO@HOMYLINK.CO.UK with your order within 20 days from the delivery date to apply for a return.

5. After returning the mattress to the third-party warehouse of HOMYLINK, a refund will be arranged immediately.

6. Returned mattresses must be donated to be eligible for return. We will not accept the return/refund request if it is found to be artificially damaged or defaced or structural problems that have occurred during the non-manufacturing process. Although the returned mattresses will not be resold, we will try our best to donate the returned mattresses to local charities, so that those in need can enjoy a clean and comfortable mattress. 

7. If the customer needs to change the size, the customer needs to make up the difference and redeem the higher-priced product and the package is complete and not opened. (Note: The size of the mattress is on the package)

8. The refund does not include any fees charged by the buyer’s credit card issuer.

9. Buyers are only eligible for the 100-night trial sleep clause for the first purchase. If at least one product is returned from the initial order, the buyer or delivery address will not be able to enjoy an additional 100 nights trial sleep on subsequent orders (ie, if the buyer has returned the mattress, they will not be able to enjoy 100 nights again Try to sleep service).

The product is sending to you carefully but we couldn’t control the transport process. 

If unfortunately the item is damaged when you receiving it, Please don’t be disappointed and take same pictures or a video to contact us thought info@homylink.co.uk, surely we would provide you with satisfied solution. 

Notice: Shipping Damage would NOT be accepted after 7 days from receipt day.
