Disappointing Mattress.

very disappointed with the mattress which I found very uncomfortable to sleep on despite having it for over a week.I'm a side sleeper & am experiencing hip pain sleeping on both sides mainly due memory foam being inadequate & thus feeling springs cutting in on my sides(I'm 250 pounds/17 & a half stone).Also found that the 'cooling gel memory foam' to be nothing more than a gimmick.Mattress is nice & thick in depth (11 inches) but the memory foam just feels poor,inadequate & certainly not 'orthopedic' as it mentions making it very uncomfortable to sleep on.If I could return mattress I would in a heartbeat.

Bought for the spare room so only Ive slept on it once just try it out seems quite comfortable and supportive as I do struggle with back pain it is also supportive right the way to the sides

Super Mattress

The mattress arrived in speedy time, boxed and well packaged.

Opened up, and went to shape very quickly. We chose to leave it a day prior to use.
It is a really deep mattress, which is exactly what we wanted. The mattress is very comfortable and appears well made. The fabric on top feels lovely and soft to touch.

The only negative, that doesnt cause any problem for use; the bottom of the mattress has a thin material, that the coil springs shape can be seen and felt. So you could never flip the mattress upside down, but this is expected with multi layered mattresses.

Overall we are really happy. And would certainly recommend.

Comfortable

My son was complaining about being uncomfortable at night so we did a lot of research and settled on this mattress. He left it nearly 48 hours before sleeping on it because I was worried that some of the reviews which said people left dents in the mattress / the sides left no support were because they didn't leave it for long enough before using. Anyway, we've had none of those problems and the mattress has been perfect. Comfortable for a side sleeper and the right medium firmness.
