Too soft, gave me back pain

I reviewed this before but seems to have gone. This mattress was way too soft for me, gave me back ache pretty bad. I tried to return within the 100 night trial but they won't collect it for you, so it would've been too difficult. It's over a year now, looking elsewhere for a much firmer mattress but wasted money on this.
